A flat fee, not a percentage.
Percentages get complicated and they punish you for referring someone to the reading that actually fits rather than the priciest one. So it is two numbers: $50 on any reading under $500, and $100 on any reading $500 and above.

Tell us who you are and how you would share the work. We read every application ourselves.
Get your code
If approved, we issue you your own discount code. Nobody else shares it, which is how we know a referral came from you.
Share it
Send people to the reading that fits them and tell them to enter your code at checkout. They get 15% off — a better rate than our public newsletter offer.
Get paid
We pay on the 15th of the month after the sale, once the 30-day window for refunds has passed.
Straight answers.
- Your code has to be entered at checkout.
- The code is how we know the referral was yours. If someone checks out with Apple Pay or PayPal there is no code field, and we have no way to see that you sent them. Tell people to use the regular card checkout and enter your code. This is the one real limitation of the program and we would rather you hear it from us now.
- Readings only.
- Certification, mentoring, and Coach By Design are not referral products. They involve prerequisites, suitability, and a long commitment, and those conversations need to happen with us directly. If someone asks you about them, send them straight to us — we would rather that than have anyone sold into a training that is wrong for them.
- We approve every affiliate by hand.
- This is not an instant signup. We read applications and we say no to some of them. That is deliberate: what you say about Human Design reflects on the lineage this school teaches, and we would rather have ten people we trust than a hundred we do not.
- What will get you removed.
- Running paid ads on our name or brand terms, promising specific life outcomes or income from a reading, or presenting yourself as speaking for ICONIC Human Design Education, Jovian Archive, or IHDS. Refer people because you genuinely think the work would help them.
- When you get paid.
- On the 15th of the month following the sale, after the 30-day window for refunds and chargebacks has closed. We will send you the list of what you are being paid for.
Tell us who you are.
There is no minimum audience size. A certified Guide with forty engaged clients is worth more to us than a large account that posts generic chart content. Tell us honestly how you would share the work and we will read it properly.
