Stepping Into the Role of Education Director for Jovian Archive

It is with great pleasure that I get to announce this: I’ve stepped into official partnership with Jovian Archive, source of the Human Design knowledge, as their Education Director, facilitating our community’s personal mastery of their own design and professional mastery of the Human Design System itself.

Eleven years to get here

In 2014, as a brand-new Living Your Design Guide, I was hired into my first Human Design job as Jovian’s social media manager, continuing an immersion in Ra’s trainings that I’d already begun in 2012. Soon after, I started work-trading for the International Human Design School: attending BG5 training while concurrently doing work-trade there, and helping my teacher, Darshana Mathews, so I could keep learning without it costing more than I could afford.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been teaching one to three classes near-daily for the better part of a year, across three different institutions. I didn’t know I had that in me until I was doing it. My stamina for teaching has grown as my body has gotten stronger, and my actual skill at it has sharpened with the support of a real team around me, something I did not have in the early years.

What this actually is

None of this happened alone, and I want to be honest about that instead of doing the thing where founders pretend a milestone appeared out of nowhere. I’m grateful for the support team that makes the day-to-day of this work possible, and for the students and clients who have made an eleven-year runway into something real. Recognition works both directions. I would not be standing in this role without the people who showed up to be taught.

Stepping into this new chapter doesn’t change the fundamentals of how I teach: I still teach the original system transmitted by Ra Uru Hu, written and spoken in my own words rather than reproduced from lineage course material, and I still hold that no one (including me, including this title) outranks your own inner Authority. What changes is scope: more structure, more reach, and a clearer channel between Jovian Archive’s source material and the people doing the work of learning it correctly.

Eleven years of studying, teaching, and being taught got me here. I’m looking forward to what the next chapter of it actually builds.
